Our multiple location cloud support means you can be safe in the knowledge that data is backup no less than 3 locations securely and safely.

Dashboard supports complex menu offerings including multiple options to any food or product choice with an inclusive cost maximum and then charges as well as support for nutritional information.

One Menu – Multiple devices. We can integrate any aspect of our product offering into your existing POS solution. Our merchant terminals can instantly report your outstanding orders for settlement by waiter staff. Our free digital menu interface at my.gourmet.app allows you to create your own modular digital menu which is displayed at your venue’s geographical location within the Gourmet app. The same digital menu can be viewed on self service kiosks and a multitude of other devices.

Our unique modular concept means it will also automatically appear in staff POS terminals, mobile POS handsets, and so on. Waiting Staff (including flight attendants and train trolley operators) can accept, print, acknowledge and deliver food and beverage items to numbered tables or hotel rooms in a cashless and cardless payment environment fully integrated to your existing POS solution.

FAQ

How much do Totepay terminals cost?

The base price for our terminals is charged at GBP30.00 which includes all fundamental services in order to accept virtually all types of payment types in the base currency of your choice. This includes all bank account set up fees. We make additional charges for customisation and extended product offering from the terminal. On primary base currencies funds appear in your account normally the next working day.

Can I change the plan afterward?

Yes, you can always change your plan at any time. You have the flexibility to add further terminals, integrate and add additional features.

Are there any integration limits?

Totepay terminals are all about integration, integration with your product offering, existing POS solution, existing service providers, in fact there are no limits to the integration our service can offer.

Where do terminals operate?

Totepay terminals operate anywhere in the world with or without WiFi or 4G. They are a total solution package for fixed-base retailers, mobile retailers including in-flight, on-train, cruise liners and so on.
